When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. MARCEL ET LES BLONDES reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until MARCEL ET LES BLONDES has confirmed its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly for personalised items (engravings, names, dates, messages…), as we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been accepted and put into production.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays beyond our control. All shipping timeframes stated are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or external events.
Once we transfer the products to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. In the event of a delivery issue, we invite you to contact us so that we can help you open a claim with the carrier.
