Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Compagnie des Blasons offers a 30-day return policy for non-personalised items. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at: marceletlesblondes@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Compagnie des Blasons, 6 rue du Château, 12190 Estaing, France. Any parcel returned without a prior request will be refused. 
Personalised items (engravings, names, dates, messages) A large number of our pieces are made to order (engraving of a name, date, word, choice of stones, etc.). In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalised items or items made to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded in the event of a change of mind. We do, however, cover manufacturing defects, personalisation errors on our part, or damaged items. In such cases, please contact marceletlesblondes@gmail.com with photos of the product for a repair, remake or refund. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
Exceptions and non-returnable items The following cannot be returned: personalised or custom-made items (unless there is a defect or error on our part), gift cards, and sale items marked as non-returnable.
Exchanges For eligible items (excluding personalised ones), the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
14-day right of withdrawal (European Union) For orders delivered within the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt, for non-personalised items only. Items made to your specifications are legally excluded from this right. Eligible items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once your return has been inspected and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
