Returns and refunds

Non-personalised items: thirty days

You have thirty days from delivery to ask for a return. The item must be in the condition you received it in: unworn, unused, tags on, in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Write to us first at marceletlesblondes@gmail.com. Returns are then sent to: Compagnie des Blasons, 6 rue du Château, 12190 Estaing, France. A parcel sent back without a prior request is refused.

Personalised items: no return if you change your mind

An engraved name, date or symbol, the map of a place, a sky, a moon or a route: these pieces are made for you and are not held in stock. Under Article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be taken back or exchanged if you change your mind.

What we do cover all the same: a manufacturing defect, a personalisation error on our part, a damaged item. Write to us at marceletlesblondes@gmail.com with photographs: we repair, remake or refund.

Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal of fourteen days from delivery, without having to give a reason. It applies only to non-personalised items: goods made to your specifications are excluded by law.

Eligible items must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

Damaged parcel or wrong product

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is faulty, damaged, or is not the one you ordered, tell us straight away: we look at it and propose a solution.

What cannot be returned

• personalised or made-to-order items, except for a defect or an error on our part;
• gift cards;
• sale items marked as non-returnable.

Exchanges

For an eligible item, the quickest way is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

After examining the return we tell you whether the refund is approved. If it is, it is issued within ten working days to your original means of payment; how soon it shows up then depends on your bank.
