1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the Marcel & les Blondes website, operated by Compagnie des Blasons. They define the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer in the context of an online purchase. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Products The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual, particularly due to possible variations depending on screen settings and handcrafted manufacturing. Some creations are personalised to order (engravings, text, first names, dates, choice of materials, etc.) and made specifically for the customer.
3. Prices Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Compagnie des Blasons reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are added at the time of payment.
4. Orders Customers may place orders online via the website. Any order is confirmed once payment has been validated. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment issue or fraudulent order.
5. Payment Payments are secure and may be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method available at the time of purchase. No card details are stored by the seller.
6. Production and personalisation Personalised products (engravings, specific text, bespoke choices) are made to order only. The information provided by the customer (spelling, choice of symbols, dates, etc.) is considered final. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided before confirming their order.
7. Delivery Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Dispatch times may vary depending on workload or the time of year, but the seller commits to shipping within the timeframes stated on the website. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
8. Returns and exchanges 8.1 Non-personalised items: The customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at: marceletlesblondes@gmail.com. 8.2 Personalised items: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing error attributable to the seller or a defective product.
9. Claims and damage The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. In the event of a damaged or non-conforming product, the customer must contact the seller within 72 hours with supporting photographs.
10. Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of an eligible returned product, a refund will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment method.
11. Personal data Data collected is used solely for order management and customer service purposes. Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
12. Intellectual property All content on the website remains the exclusive property of Compagnie des Blasons. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.
13. Consumer mediation In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, for any unresolved consumer dispute, the Customer may use the CM2C mediator free of charge: via the website (https://www.cm2c.net), by e-mail (cm2c@cm2c.net) or by post (CM2C, 49 Rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris). The Customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
14. Applicable law These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
