Which job titles to invent? Eight ideas
- “Queen of coffee”, “King of the photocopier”: a job title you recognise in a second.
- “Head of jokes”, “Director of cakes”: what they really do, only better.
- “Keeper of the printer”, “Master of the Wi-Fi”: the one you call when nothing works.
- “The one who knows where the key is”: the only job nobody wants to replace.
- “Expert in “it was in the email””: a sentence we have all heard.
- The name first, the job title after: “Julie · Queen of coffee”. Thirty-two characters at most.
- A flattering title beats a mocking one: the badge stays on the wall all year.
- No group photo: one portrait per badge, preferably close up, the face in the centre.

Full description
The team directory, the version that makes people smile: each colleague gets a staff badge — the lanyard slot, the photo, the name in capitals — and an official job title that you invent: “Queen of coffee”, “Head of jokes”, “Keeper of the printer”. A gift for a team, a farewell or a Secret Santa.
You upload the portraits all at once and arrange them in the order you want. Under each one you write the name then the job title, separated by a middle dot (“Julie · Queen of coffee”: thirty-two characters at most). The title, the name of the department and the date are yours. Four papers, in colour or in black and white. What you see is exactly what is printed; your photos are only used to make the poster and are deleted thirty days after dispatch.
- 250 g matte paper, pigment inks, printed to order.
- Five sizes: A4, 30 × 40, 40 × 60, 50 × 70 and 70 × 100 cm.
- Optional wooden frame on A4 and 30 × 40, black, white or natural.
- Or the printable file: all five sizes, each as a PDF and a 300 dpi PNG, by download link.

How it works
- You add your photos
All at once, from your phone or your computer. They take their place in the layout, in the order you arrange them; you can remove them, move them forward or back. While some are missing, the preview says so.
- You write what goes around them
A title, a signature, a small line (a date, a place). Four styles, in colour or in black and white. The preview is exactly what gets printed.
- We print in Aveyron
To order, on 250 g matte paper: in our Aveyron workshop, whatever the size, and every poster is checked there before it ships. Or you receive the download link for the file by e-mail.

Frequently asked questions
What does the poster show?
A team directory: each portrait is a staff badge — a dark band with its slot, the photo, the name in capitals, the job title handwritten. Four to eighteen badges, with a title (“The team”), the name of the department and a small line. Four paper styles, and photos in colour or in black and white.
How do I write the name and the job title?
One field under each photo: the name, then a middle dot (·) or a dash, then the job title — “Julie · Queen of coffee”. Thirty-two characters at most. With no separator, everything is read as the name and the job-title line stays empty.
Is it a joke poster?
It is made to make people smile: the job titles are the ones you invent. But with real job titles, it is also a tidy team directory for an office or workshop wall. You decide the tone.
Which photos should I choose so that faces can be seen?
Clear photos with faces in the middle: a photo that fills a cell is cut to its shape, a little above the centre. A cell is most often square; a square or nearly square photo is cut without losing anything, a very long one loses its sides. Mix wide shots and close-ups, and put them in the order of your story.
Can all the photos be in black and white?
Yes, it is a choice: black and white applies to all the photos at once, and the preview shows it straight away. It brings together photos taken at different times or with different cameras.
Which size should I choose, and can I see the poster before ordering?
A4 is enough for a few photos; beyond a dozen, a 30 × 40 or larger lets each one be read. A4 and 30 × 40 are also available framed. The preview follows every photo you add and every keystroke, and it is exactly what gets printed: the photos, their order, the texts, the style.
What happens to the photo I upload?
It is only used to make your poster. It stays private, is never published or used as an example, and is deleted thirty days after the order is dispatched (or after purchase, for the print-ready file).
