Your dog or cat as a highly detailed street art portrait: head and chest in the centre of a spectacular graffiti composition, blended with stencil effects, splashes of electric violet, turquoise, neon yellow and pink spray paint, and drips, on a deep black background. From a photo, an artificial intelligence makes the portrait: your pet’s breed, coat, colours, eyes, ears, muzzle and distinctive markings carry over, and what surrounds it in the photo disappears.
Its name is sprayed as a tag at the foot of the poster, in the colour of your choice — neon yellow, neon pink, turquoise, violet or white — with, if you like, a line underneath: “Boss of the house”, its years, a nickname. The name is real text, written exactly as you typed it: you can change it at any time without redoing the portrait. Without a name, the poster is simply a portrait.
The image fills the whole sheet, from A4 to 70 × 100 cm: on the 30 × 40 a little of the top and bottom is cropped, never the animal’s head or its name.
You upload the photo and the preview appears in about thirty seconds. You see what will be printed before you order: that image, and no other, is the one that goes to print. It is made by an artificial intelligence, and a likeness is not guaranteed; the photo is never published and we delete it thirty days after dispatch — or after purchase, for the printable file. You get three tries per photo.

Which photo should I choose?
A sharp, well-lit photo of your pet, front-on or three-quarter view, with the head, eyes and muzzle clearly visible — JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 25 MB. The closer the photo is taken, the better the likeness. For a pet who is no longer here, choose the one where they look at you. Only the animal is painted: the background of the photo disappears.
Will the poster really look like my pet?
The poster is made by an artificial intelligence, in about thirty seconds: it carries over your pet’s breed, coat, colours and eyes, but a likeness is not guaranteed — a street art portrait is never as precise as a photo, and bright colours edge the fur. You see the poster before you order, with three tries per photo; a refusal or a failure does not count as a try. Once you order, the poster you saw is the one that is printed; like any personalised poster, it cannot be taken back, except for a defect or a mistake on our part.
How is its name written, and can I change it?
You type the name in a field, up to 18 characters, and it is sprayed as a tag at the foot of the poster, in the colour you choose: neon yellow, neon pink, turquoise, violet or white. A line underneath is possible, up to 28 characters — its years, a nickname, “Boss of the house”. It is real text, written exactly as you typed it, not painted by the artificial intelligence: you can change the name, the line and the colour at any time without redoing the portrait. The name is optional: without it, the poster is simply a portrait.
Which animals, and how many in the photo?
We have tried dogs and cats — a golden retriever, a black Labrador, a ginger cat and a black cat — and each stayed true to its photo. Another animal (rabbit, horse, bird) has not been tried: the result is not guaranteed. The portrait is of a single animal; with several animals or people in the photo the result is not guaranteed either, and it is better to crop to the one that should be painted. You see the result before you order, with three tries per photo.
Is the image cropped to fit the size?
A little. The poster is created in 2:3, the ratio of the 40 × 60, and fills the whole sheet. On the other sizes, a little of the top and bottom is cropped — 11% at most on the 30 × 40, 6% on the A4 — and the animal’s head is requested in the centre; the name always stays inside the sheet, whatever the size. There is never a white margin around it.
Can I choose the background or the paint colours?
No: the background is black and the paint is electric violet, turquoise, neon yellow and pink, as in the example images — this is what makes the animal and its name stand out. Only the colour of the name can be chosen. For a different mood, see the dog or cat watercolour portrait, in four palettes.
What happens to the photo I upload?
It is used only to make your poster. It is stored in a private space, never published, and we delete it thirty days after dispatch — or after purchase, for the printable file — together with the poster created. The location data of a phone photo is removed on upload. To be transformed, the photo is passed to an artificial intelligence service (Google), which receives it for that purpose only.
Which sizes and frames are available?
A4, 30 × 40, 40 × 60, 50 × 70 and 70 × 100 cm: standard frame sizes, easy to find. An optional wooden frame on A4 and 30 × 40, black, white or natural, with acrylic glass; the larger sizes are delivered rolled, to be framed at home.
What paper is the poster printed on?
250 g/m² satin matte paper, light-resistant pigment inks. Printed to order in our workshop in Aveyron, whatever the size. Shipped rolled, in a long rigid cardboard box; the A4 goes flat in a cardboard sleeve, and a framed poster in a cardboard box.
Can I receive the file instead of the poster?
Yes. The printable file contains all five sizes, each as a PDF and a 300 dpi PNG — ten files in all, via a download link sent after payment, so you can print it wherever you like.
How long does it take?
Printed and dispatched within 48 hours, then delivered to your home or to a pick-up point — the 50 × 70 and 70 × 100 can only be delivered to your home. The download link for the printable file is sent the same day.
